12/14/06 State Water Control Board meeting. Two actions of interest.
1) Decision to hear or refuse Reconsideration Request(s)
2) IF SWCB agrees to hear Newport News request*, a possible outcome is the reversal of the 9/6/06 decision to deny extension of VPW 93-0902 permit.

*Due to legal considerations, the State Water Control Board may refuse to hear this request altogether, or may even postpone hearing this case at the last minute. It is important to attend regardless whether procedure allows you to speak at this meeting or not.
